Programming
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a coaching methodology devised in the 1970s by Richard Bandler, John Grinder and Frank Pucelik. It is an approved and internationally recognised IICT certified therapy.

Emotional Freedom
Technique (EFT/Tapping)
EFT is a simple self-applied stress reduction technique using elements of cognitive therapy, with physical stimulation of acupuncture points. It is often known as ‘Tapping’.
It uses a two finger tapping process on known acupuncture points. Susie has trained under Dr Peta Stapleton, Clinical & Health Psychologist, World Leading Researcher, Educator and author of the internationally recognised book, The Science Behind Tapping in Evidence Based EFT (EBEFT).
EBEFT can address a range of issues by focusing on the issue you would like to address with an acceptance statement, along with a simple two finger tapping technique. Effectiveness has been established for phobias, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, pain, food issues and emotional eating and is also utilised for transforming negative automatic thoughts, schemas and core beliefs, as well as for goal setting, career success and more.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis, also known as hypnotherapy, first became regulated in the 1950’s widely due to the work of Milton Erickson and it is a internationally certified IICT therapy.
It helps to treat disorders of a mainly psychological or emotional origin. During the induction stages of hypnosis, the body becomes more and more relaxed and the brain enters changing levels of brain wave patterns. There are four main different brainwave frequencies when utilising hypnosis. These are Beta, Alpa, Theta and Delta when using an EEG (Electroencephalograph).

Time Line Therapy™
Time Line Therapy uses a range of techniques to work with the unconscious mind to help clients let go of negative emotions and limiting beliefs linked to past experiences, in order to support long-term transformation and promote better mind-body health. It is a certified IICT therapy.
Your “Time Line” is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Behavioural change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level.

A range of mindful living practices, tools and techniques are offered as part of this service, many of which have a growing body of evidence to support their effectiveness. Over the past fifteen years many evidence based studies on mindfulness meditation (a derivate of ancient eastern practices) have documented a wide range of physiological and psychological benefits. These have included improvements in common mental health problems such as stress, depression and anxiety. Other documented benefits include improved sleep, weight reduction, and in cancer related fatigue and pain. Mindfulness meditation is a practical tool to help people live a happier, and more peaceful and productive life.
